1 cup flour 1?2 cup sugar 1 1?2 teaspoons baking powder 1?2 teaspoon salt 2 tablespoons cocoa 1?2 cup milk 3 tablespoons vegetable oil 1 cup packed brown sugar 1?4 cup cocoa 1 1?3 cups hot water
DIRECTIONS
